    MannSetu provides AI-powered wellness support and is NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (112) or mental health helplines (Tele-MANAS: 14416).

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using MannSetu ("Platform," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MannSetu.

    2. Description of Service

    MannSetu provides:

    • AI-powered mental wellness support through our AI companion "Mithra"
    • Mood tracking and wellness analytics
    • Guided exercises and coping techniques
    • Educational content on mental health
    • Community support features
    • Crisis resource directory

    Our Service is for wellness support and personal development, not medical treatment or crisis intervention.

    3. Eligibility

    • •You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
    • •You must not be prohibited from using the Service under Indian law

    Users under 18 require verifiable parental/guardian consent.

    • • Mithra AI is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional
    • • Our Service does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical therapy
    • • Our Service is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care
    • • We do NOT provide emergency or crisis intervention services

    We strongly recommend consulting with qualified mental health professionals for clinical mental health concerns. Our Service is designed to complement, not replace, professional care.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • •Provide accurate and truthful information
    • •Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
    • •Use the Service only for lawful purposes
    • •Not misuse or abuse the Service
    • •Not attempt to circumvent security measures
    • •Not use the Service to harm yourself or others

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    You must NOT:

    • Impersonate others or provide false information
    • Share your account with others
    • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
    • Scrape or extract data from the Platform
    • Upload malicious code or viruses
    • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Use the Service to generate harmful content
    • Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI

    7. Intellectual Property

    Our Ownership

    MannSetu owns all rights to the Platform, including:

    • • Platform design and code
    • • Trademarks and branding
    • • Content we create

    Your Data

    You retain ownership of your personal data and conversations. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    8. Privacy and Data Protection

    Your use of MannSetu is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Key points:

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW:

    • • We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
    • • We are not liable for any harm resulting from use of the Service
    • • We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI responses
    • • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
    • • We are not liable for third-party content or services

    This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., gross negligence, fraud).

    11. Termination

    By You

    You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

    By Us

    We may suspend or terminate your access if:

    • • You engage in prohibited conduct

    • • To protect our users or platform

    Upon termination, your data will be deleted as per our Privacy Policy.

    12. Changes to Terms
